So, to show you how to properly polish boots, we will be showing you how to properly polish boots and achieve that timeless shine.

The first step in learning how to polish boots is to make sure you have the best possible tools such as a soft bristle brush, a cotton bud soaked in warm water, some polishing cloths, polish, and preferably a fragrance-free rub. The next step is to dampen the cotton bud with warm water, this allows the cotton to create an environment that will allow the polisher to work well. Next, place the cotton inside of the wax paper that is available at most stores, but make sure you do not leave any of it exposed on the boots. Once you have done this, take your polishing cloth and dip it in the rub, but do not let it touch the metal of the boots.

Then take the brush and start brushing from the edge to the middle of the shoe and continue to brush until you get started on the inside of the shoe. Make sure that you go all the way around and outwards. You want to get started on the top of the shoe and work your way down so you have a nice even coat on both sides. The last step is to use the polishing cloth to give the shoe polish paste a good even coating. After that you are ready to get started on your shiny new shoes.
